Order cancellation

If you have not yet received your order from M Couture Brand, you have the right to cancel it and obtain a full refund. Please get in touch with us at mcouturebrand@hotmail.com as soon as possible to make arrangements to cancel your order before it is shipped out.

 If your order has already been completed and shipped to you, you must return the products using the return methods outlined above in order for us to complete your refund. We will give a full refund excluding shipping expenses for products purchased online and returned. The cost of return and care of the box is your responsibility until it reaches us; thus, we recommend that you ensure the parcel for the value of the products and keep all delivery documents for security reasons.

Return policy

At M Couture Brand, we place a high value on client happiness. If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, you must submit your request within two days of receiving your item. We retain the right not to handle your return if the product does not arrive within 14 days of receipt. We do not give returns on accessories due to sanitary considerations.

You are responsible for the cost and safety of the items until they reach us.

Custom-made Return/cancellation policy

There is no risk when buying personalized and custom-made items from M Couture Brand; we fully guarantee your satisfaction with the quality or fabrication of your garments/items.  As each garment is personally tailored, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been started. If you provide your measurements and the garment is made to those measurements you can’t send it back if it doesn’t fit.  We can only accept returns when the item is faulty.

If your personalized and custom-made item have not yet been started with the fabrication, you have the right to cancel it and obtain a full refund. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to make arrangements to cancel your order before it is started tailored.
