Shipping Policy

UK orders

Orders can take between 5-14 working days 

International orders

Orders can take between 8 -16 working days.

Getzner / bazin products

Orders can take up to 4 weeks.

Asoebi

Orders can take up to 4 weeks.

Please note that the processing time does not include the delivery method that is chosen at the checkout . There may be slight delays during extremely busy periods however we will do our best to get orders out in a timely manner.

We will not accept responsibility if there is insufficient/incorrect address information which leads to packages being returned.

For orders that are needed urgently. Please send us an email before placing an order so that it can be confirmed whether the order can be fulfilled by the date that it is needed for.

International deliveries may be subjected to import VAT or customs duty, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your country, we advise that you contact the customs department in your country for more details.
Please note that we cannot ship items as gifts in order to avoid customs charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature and production of each design, no refunds are offered on any orders unless the order is defective.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject refunds/exchange requests if we deem an item to be used and not in a resaleable condition, the customer will have to pay delivery fees for the item to be redelivered to them.

Do not send back products without initially not emailing about a return/exchange. In this case you may be ineligible for a refund. 

Getzner/bazin products are strictly non refundable.
